The registration fees for the PRIB 2009 Conference are:

Payment is by credit/debit card only.

IAPR members will receive a 5% discount which will be administered as a rebate provided at the conference registration desk upon proof of membership.

The registration fee includes access to all the technical sessions including tutorials and special sessions, hard copies of conference proceedings (Springer LNBI Series) and the conference banquet dinner.

Cancellation: Cancellations prior to 7 August 2009 are refundable but will incur a processing and administration charge of £50. Cancellations received on or after 8 August 2009 are non-refundable. No refunds will be given for non-attendance. All cancellations must be made in writing to PRIB 2009 Secretariat.

Link to paper publication: At least one author of an accepted paper must be registered for the conference at full rate by 1 July 2009 in order for the final paper to be included in the conference proceedings.

Student status: Student registrants must send a letter supporting their status on the institutional letterhead with the statement: " This is to certify that .... is a registered full-time research student at the time of registration of PRIB 2009 conference. He/she is carrying out research under the supervision of .... " and signed either by the research supervisor of the head of institution. The letter should be sent to the PRIB 2009 Secretariat by hardcopy or by email to as a scanned pdf document attachment.

Travel stipends (not fellowships) may be available for authors of papers that have been accepted for publication in the proceedings of the PRIB 2009 conference. Information for applying for these stipends will be available on the conference website at the time of the accepted paper final submissions in early July of 2009.
